- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and transparent. We have two service areas, marketing and placing tenants for the rental, and property management, and a fee associated with each one. Note that we never charge any fee unless the property is leased and under management, so our interests are aligned with our clients'. Schedule a call so that we can share detailed information on both services as well as associated pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers, we first schedule a Discovery Call where we will learn about the client's investment and goals, as well as provide an overview of how we help our clients, the scope of services we offer, our pricing, and answer any questions. Following the call, we schedule an on-site appointment at the property so we can meet in person, evaluate the property, work needed, and the market rental price. Following the on-site appointment, client’s typically decide whether they'd like to work with us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a licensed Real Estate Salesperson on the team, as well as years 7+ years of experience managing residential rental properties.
