- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always begin working with new customers by discussing their needs and preferences for their homes, so that I can offer the most fitting and relevant package to the individual customer. I believe that smart homes are not a "one-size-fits-all" project: your smart home is very individualized and personal, it is built around your schedule and your needs. Throughout the project, I continue to make sure that the customer is satisfied and that expectations are well understood and completely met. I welcome questions and am happy to address concerns if they arise. If you are interested, at the end of the installation I provide a tutorial so that you know exactly how to use your system and so that you feel perfectly comfortable in your own home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a lifelong technology enthusiast with a self-installed smart home of my own. I have years of training in IT and am an independent computer consultant. I am currently enrolled in a MS in Technology Management at Columbia University.
