Ken was very responsive and able to come the same day. He arrived, was able to diagnose the issue and fix it very quickly. We needed to get a new wax seal because it was leaking near the base of the toilet. Ken was able to replace the wax seal right then and there. He even cleaned up afterwards. Will definitely be reaching out to Ken again for any of our plumbing needs! Thank you Ken!

Ken was contacted last week to check on a clogged kitchen drain. We set an appointment, he was punctual for the appointment and problem with kitchen drain has since been resolved. Ken was professional and very knowledgeable and offered recommendations on other plumbing projects we have. We plan to use Ken for future plumbing repairs.
