Ken is true professional and an expert in his craft. He was punctual and immediately diagnosed the issue with my dripping shower head. He did a very clean job and went the extra mile to make sure everything was working properly. He explained what he did and replacement parts.

Ken was super responsive. He went above and beyond to help me understand my plumbing system. My sewer line backed up and he was there to help within 15 minutes. He was able to work with my schedule and offered advice on how to proceed with future issues. I will have him service any and all future projects. You should as well!

I have him come to check if there’s any leaking pipes in the basement due to the watermark in the ceiling, so far no leaks. He also fixed the sink and the valve outside the house. He did a good job and price is reasonable. I’ll definitely hire him again.
