A persistent leak from my upstairs bathroom shower into my first floor kitchen has finally been repaired after three unsuccessful attempts with 3 different “plumbers”. Smooth Running LLC came in and immediately troubleshot the problem and then removed and replaced a leaky toilet also in my upstairs bathroom. Months of frustration and water cleanup was taken care of in just under two hours at a fair price. Great crew with a friendly can-do attitude. Hasan was the first to respond to my initial inquiry. He reviewed the issue and said to purchase a new kitchen sink faucet that he would install. The actual installation was done, and Hasan showed me that the first faucet assembly had been incorrectly installed and precipitated that faucet's failure. The installation fee and free initial visit was in keeping of the price range for this installation type. I would use Smooth Running LLC for future plumbing projects.
