Diego arrived within 2 hours of my initial call to have my freezer looked at. He checked the problem, ordered the part needed, and by end of day set up a second appointment for the repair. Jose arrived for the repair and promptly fixed my freezer fan. Both Diego and Jose informed me about the problem, and made sure the freezer was in working order. Very professional, friendly, and affordable!
