I was originally compelled to call JL Tech Service LLC for my broken dishwasher based on all of the excellent reviews I read on Thumbtack. And now, I find myself happily adding to them. Jose was outstanding. He communicates every step of the way, arrives on time, is super courteous and explains everything clearly, and most of all -- he's got great repair chops. He expertly isolated and diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher within 15-20 minutes. Next, after providing a written estimate that I approved, ordered the needed part and returned a few days later to install it. The dishwasher now works good as new! Jose also noticed the dishwasher was not level and even had some extraneous packing material still attached that should have been removed when initially installed. He took care of those issues too. JL Tech Service, LLC is my new go-to repair company for all my appliances. Thank you again!
