Jose was fantastic. He responded in minutes, and during the hottest weather in years. Showed up when he said they would come. Did a great job, clean and organized. And even helped the wiring of my nest thermostat. Have saved his information, and will not hesitate to use him again.

I reached out to see if there was anything I could do to fix my washer and had him look at my dryer which was also not working well. Jose was honest regarding the washing machine and said that it would be more expensive to fix it then to replace it. The dryer was an easy fix however he ended up fixing my HVAC system which needed a new blower and happened to also go out at thesame time he was able to fix everything within two days and now my dryer and hvac are now both working again. I did have to order a new washer but it was worth it. I appreciated the honesty and will hire again for any appliance issues.

We had a garbage disposal that was not turning on and backing up our kitchen sink. I placed a request at 7:30 am and by 8 am Jose had responded and confirmed an appointment - he knew we needed help right away and came by 9:30 am and by 10 the problem was fixed. He only charged us the $80 service fee and was very professional and courteous to my wife - also wore shoe covers and left the sink area clean. Highly recommend!
