I used SPES earlier in the year. This was the second time I used SPES. Brian has been great in accommodating my schedule. He is the ultimate professional, updating the contract after I went through the space after he left was no issues for him. I needed to get asbestos removed, we scheduled a an afternoon to access the project and a cost that we agreed upon. Branislav was there two days later as agreed upon and the work was done within three hours. I appreciated the work getting done in a timely manner. I would recommend SPES for all asbestos or mold/mildew remediation.

Spes did the asbestos removal to our basement heating ductwork. They responded immediately to my request for an inspection and bid, virtually within a few days. After bids were received they handily came in with the best pricing. Work began as soon as the NJ State approved the permits and these guys are really good at their work and go at it non-stop, even worked on Sunday to finish it out. They will answer any questions and take care of all of the state required permitting and handle all of the details involved with the abatement process. We couln't have asked for anything more and were extremely satisfied with SPES as a contractor. I would not hesitate to recommend their company for any work that they do.
