- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a standard pricing due to the substantial difference in physical and contractual media i work with between jobs. I also would like to add that I treat my returning customers so prices do vary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process start a brief conversation with the customer on what does he/ she want done and if there is any special request. Then, I would schedule a visit to the job site to inspect the area and check out what is it that i would be dealing with, followed by an estimate on how much approximately the job would cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been building Home Theater systems for about 10 years now and have been employed with various companies doing this same work. My training originated from working in Sixth ave electronics and working at Best Buy at there Magnolia department and taking CEDIA classes to eventually become CEDIA certified.
