- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depends on service. I provide discounted pricing for recurring services. Other pricing is flat rated either by project or hourly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact. Set up date and time to quote. Negoiate pricing depending on project. Set up time to work once agreement is made. Do the work. Pretty simple and straightforward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a associate degree in electronically engineering, Raypak/Rheem heater certified technician and carpentry, painting and small plumbing I've been doing all my life.
