Introduction: I teach Cheng Man Ching's 37 posture short form Yang Style. My Style of Tai Chi is a 'soft style' used as healing and restorative meditative art as well as a Martial Art. I am part of the Long river Tai Chi school and have been teaching Tai Chi for over 5 years at Libraries, Churches, yoga studios, Rehab facilities, Nursing homes, Martial arts Schools, Parks and more. My Teachings are geared towards enhancing health and longevity through relaxation but I also enjoy teaching the martial aspects of this ancient fighting art. Currently I am teaching: 8 week series at the Wyckoff Library 8 week series at The Neuro Rehab Center of Bergan County focusing on Parkinsons' patients classes for the elderly at Esplanade in Sparkill NY Regular beginner and advanced classes at: All Star Tae Quon Do in Montville Christian reform Church of N. Haledon Privately at my home The Harvard Medical Guide to Tai Chi proposes that Tai Chi can support a healthy body, strong heart and sharp mind in only 12 weeks.
