- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a little boy I wanted to be just like my dad. He was in the business and I started working for him when I was 12 years old, he took me to help with the estimating process and to see how everything was installed. I learned a lot from this and at the age of 20 I was out on my own. I liked the business and saw how fast we were growing, so I kept at it and we are where we are now. I don't think I'll ever want to get out of this business.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of our jobs are vinyl sections, typically-30 sections and a gate. We also do wood, chainlink, and aluminum.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Remember, you get what you pay for. I am in no one the least expensive business out there. I always try to work within customer budgets. Yes, you may find a company that will be cheaper, but you have to consider the fact that said company may not be properly insured- so what if something on your property gets damaged? They may not be using the best quality material. We are fully insured and use top-notch material on all of our projects.
