Introduction: I too started from the ground up. I was unhappy with my physique which made me miserable and that translated into my everyday life. When I finally took initiative and created a change in my lifestyle, my life did a 180-degree turn! I went from being overweight and upset with life to being a female bodybuilder and being in the best shape of my life. I grew such a passion for health and fitness that I vowed to help change others' lives the way it did mine. I am now a certified personal trainer with the vision of helping all of those who seek a healthier, positive, and fit way of life.
