- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices for visits stay the same regardless of how many pets they have. We also don’t charge extra fees for small additional services like administering medication or bringing in the mail. We charge only for the amount of time we spend with their pets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the new customer and their pets so that we can familiarize ourselves with each other. I make sure that they and their pets are comfortable with me. I take notes on how they want their pets to be cared for and what their daily routine is like. I also answer any questions that they may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started dog walking part-time in 2009 and made it my full-time profession in 2014.
