That’s why we offer free in-person assessments — so we can see the space firsthand, understand your specific needs, and give you a quote that reflects the true scope of the work. Our goal is to be transparent, honest, and ensure you’re confident in what you’re paying for before the job starts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to make everything easy and clear from the start. First, we schedule a free assessment to walk through the space, discuss your needs, and understand your goals. After the visit, we provide a detailed quote with a full breakdown of services. If everything looks good, we schedule the service at a time that’s most convenient for you. Throughout the entire process, we stay in close communication to make sure you're informed and completely satisfied every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At Dust Buster’s, we combine hands-on experience with professional certifications to deliver the highest quality service to our clients. We are IICRC Certified for Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning, ensuring that all fabric and flooring work follows industry best practices. Our team is also OSHA Certified, demonstrating our commitment to maintaining safe and compliant job sites, especially for commercial and post-construction projects. In addition, we hold a Certificate from ISSA as Certified Cleaning Technicians for janitorial and professional facility cleaning. Continuing education and staying updated on the latest cleaning methods are core to how we ensure exceptional results on every project.
