We had a water leak in our newly refinished basement less than two weeks after the renovation was completed, so we needed help quickly. I sent a message overnight and received a call first thing the next morning. The owner personally came out within a few hours to assess the situation and took the time to explain several possible solutions without pushing us toward the most expensive or extreme option.
They were able to start work the very same day, and the pricing was reasonable. The crew was punctual, professional, and genuinely pleasant to work with throughout the process. Most importantly, they successfully resolved the issue, and we’re extremely satisfied with the results.
Excellent customer service, honest recommendations, quality workmanship, and fast response times. I highly recommend this company to anyone dealing with a basement water issue.

PuroClean assisted restoration and encapsulation seevices when we had a fire and extensive smoke damage in our home. Archy was phenomenal at explaining the insurance and restoration process and was very accessible even outside of work hours. The restoration team did an incredibly clean job that impressed anyone who saw it. I would recommend them 100%.

I recently had a pretty serious flood in my home and I can honestly say that Archie and his team from PuroClean were a lifesaverWe discovered water coming down from the second floor and it turned out the wax ring on the upstairs bathroom toilet had failedBy the time I noticed it the water had already made its way into the ceiling of the bathroom downstairs and there was even some mold starting to form From the moment Archie showed up he was professional calm and really knew what he was doingHis team moved quickly to assess the damage set up the drying equipment and explain every stepThey took care of everything so quickly my home looks like nothing ever happened

what I thought was a small water issue in the basement quickly turned into something larger! Thankfully with a quick response from puroclean they remedied the water and I didnt have damage to my floors!! Cant thank you enough!
