We had an unexpected overnight flood at Doctors Medi Center caused by our tenant in a strip mall. I called PuroClean and within a few hours they were there. I was amazed that one phone call and next thing I know a whole crew was there to help. Their team handled everything from start to finish. All water removed, setting up dehumidifiers and making sure the space was clean and dry. The quality of the work was excellent. I couldn't of asked for a better response or experience. I recently had a pretty serious flood in my home and I can honestly say that Archie and his team from PuroClean were a lifesaverWe discovered water coming down from the second floor and it turned out the wax ring on the upstairs bathroom toilet had failedBy the time I noticed it the water had already made its way into the ceiling of the bathroom downstairs and there was even some mold starting to form From the moment Archie showed up he was professional calm and really knew what he was doingHis team moved quickly to assess the damage set up the drying equipment and explain every stepThey took care of everything so quickly my home looks like nothing ever happened
