We had a water leak in our newly refinished basement less than two weeks after the renovation was completed, so we needed help quickly. I sent a message overnight and received a call first thing the next morning. The owner personally came out within a few hours to assess the situation and took the time to explain several possible solutions without pushing us toward the most expensive or extreme option.
They were able to start work the very same day, and the pricing was reasonable. The crew was punctual, professional, and genuinely pleasant to work with throughout the process. Most importantly, they successfully resolved the issue, and we’re extremely satisfied with the results.

Archie and his team were incredible. I realized I had a water leak in my home early in the morning and needed help fast. They showed up quickly, were extremely professional, and kept everything clean and organized throughout the process. They went above and beyond to make what could have been a stressful situation feel smooth and manageable. We had an unexpected overnight flood at Doctors Medi Center caused by our tenant in a strip mall. I called PuroClean and within a few hours they were there. I was amazed that one phone call and next thing I know a whole crew was there to help. Their team handled everything from start to finish. All water removed, setting up dehumidifiers and making sure the space was clean and dry. The quality of the work was excellent. I couldn't of asked for a better response or experience.
