This duo did an AWESOME job of cleaning my home. They paid attention to details and left all surfaces spotless. The only small criticism I had was with a lack of communication for payment expectations. I was not told upfront that debit cards were not accepted. That resulted in a mad dash to the bank at the last second, which was extremely inconvenient for me, since I was alone with 3 small kids and at the time, house guests arriving. Not to mention, the male cleaner seemed irritated with me as if it was my fault. The female cleaner had a great attitude that I appreciated. With all that being said, I would hire again since their work is superb.

My father’s apartment was absolutely filthy. I tried to warn Delmy’s Cleaning so the budgeted enough time. They quoted me a price based on 2.5 hours of cleaning. They were expected to be done at noon but stayed an additional 2+ hours to make sure that everything was done. When they left, my father’s apartment was spotless. We were all amazed at how nice and neat the apartment looked. Great job Delmy!!

Delmy is amazing! She has been taking care of my home and two vacation homes that I manage for almost a year now. She has ALWAYS been punctual which is so important for the short term rentals. Most importantly, in addition to a very detailed cleaning, Delmy has an excellent judgment. She is proactive and instinctively knows how to clean, fix, and stage my homes perfectly.
