Transparent, all-in pricing. Standard stain removal is included. Minimum service: $89. Sofas/sectionals/mattresses: flat starting rates; large pieces/chaise = +$20/seat. Rooms (carpet): priced by room (up to 200 sq ft). LR/DR combo counts as 2. Add-ons: pet urine/odor (+$35/room), stairs, protector on request. No surprise fees. Quote is confirmed after photos/inspection.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Quick chat: ZIP, photos, fabric/type, concerns. Clear quote + time window; text on the way. On site: floor protection, pre-vacuum, fabric test. Pre-spray, gentle agitation → hot-water extraction (residue-free). pH-balancing rinse, grooming, speed-drying. Final walkthrough, care tips, easy in-app/CC payment. Satisfaction guarantee: free touch-up within 7 days if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trained in fiber identification, spotting chemistry, and pH control. Follow IICRC best practices for upholstery & carpet cleaning. Ongoing product/equipment training (Mytee 8070, TMF chemistry), safety and odor-removal protocols. Continuous learning via manufacturer guides and industry workshops.
