I hired Pisha Construction for my basement rebuild after we had water damage due to a leak. I called Gio and he came out the same day to give me an estimate. He was prompt and very knowledgeable about the rebuild process with the insurance company. Gio and his crew started the job on 6/17 and was finished on 6/24. In less than a week we had our basement back to normal. We are super happy with the work and would definitely recommend Pisha Construction for all your remodeling needs.

Details: I'm just starting • Basement • Repair existing structure • No load-bearing structures involved • 500 - 1,000 sq ft • Home

Pisha Construction is run by Gio and his crew. Gio is knowledgeable and reliable. He is very honest and him and his crew showed up punctually while on the project. We had a severe water damage and he understood that it had to be addressed immediately or it could lead to more issues. He showed up the next day with his crew and started work. He diagnosed where the leak was coming from and potential other problems and addressed them. It was a tough project and took longer than expected, but he honored his commitment and completed the project in a timely manner. He did not cut corners or use lesser quality materials. One of our neighbors had a small issue and Gio helped them out as well and did not charge them or us for that. He is very friendly and is a family man. He understands that worksites are not kid friendly, and does his best to minimize the inconvenience. I would recommend Gio and Pisha construction.

Details: I'm just starting • Bedroom • Repair existing structure • No load-bearing structures involved • Less than 500 sq ft • Home

Had a great experience with Gio (and Maurizio and crew!). They rebuilt a staircase in my townhome..not an easy job, and it looks great. I had very specific ideas of what I wanted and they were able to work with me and make it happen. Gio was even able to provide a contingency for additional materials if structural reinforcement was needed (it was, and it was very reasonable). Plus, I requested a couple extra materials for my followup finishing work, and they were able to deliver. Highlight is definitely the *prompt* communication and willingness to answer questions or adjust along the way.

Details: Sketches or a basic idea • Complete renovation • Replace parts of existing structure • Yes, load-bearing structures are involved • Less than 500 sq ft • Home
