- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our goal as a company is to provide the highest quality service possible. The prices are negotiable, and may change depending on the size of the job or what has to be done. We will only be able to provide you with a price after we see the job. We are responsible, efficient and reliable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will talk about setting up an appointment for an estimate. After we have seen the job we will provide you with a written and emailed estimate. If we agree on everything we will provide you with a contract which you will have to sign off on in order to begin the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for a painting company in South Jersey for 10 years. This company was dedicated to working luxury homes. This not only taught me how to perfect my work but to also provide the highest quality service.
