- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing includes travel, tax, my personal fee, assistant coverage for the day, equipment upgrades as well as advertising costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to have at minimum a phone call with the prospective client and provide samples and/or discuss expectations. It's important that we're both on the same page on all levels of the project whether it's time worked, media delivered, compensation, product delivery, schedule etc. I keep in touch every few months with my own client outreach schedule to make sure we are both set for the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 7 years experience working with other photographers, videographers, and DJs. I've built up a solid base for customer service, expectations, and purchased solid equipment for all the jobs I apply for. I strive to deliver great content to improve my portfolio, standing, and career.
