Eric remodeled two bathrooms for me over ten years ago, and did an excellent job...dealt with permits, co-op building inspections as well as town inspections, left each day making sure that the place was cleaned up, and made sure through the entire renovation that there was always a bathroom for me to use. He finished on time, and on budget, and had a crew working with him that was both professional and courteous. After bad experiences with other contractors, it was great to work with someone like Eric...I'm only sorry that I have since moved down south and can't hire him anymore. I would highly recommend him. I've seen other jobs he has done in NJ, and he's only gotten even better since I last used his services.

This is a genuine review. Eric and his crew did a fabulous job in completely updating our 107 year old porch with new T&G ipe flooring, railings and balusters. Not an easy job but they made it look easy They also reinforced the floor joists after realizing it was necessary. Couldn't have asked for a better contractor. Very knowledgeable due to his years of experience, honest and up front about any details, and easy to communicate with. He and his crew tackled the project right away, putting in full days, and were fast and meticulous in completing it. We were very happy with the finished product--it was beyond our expectations. And his estimate was very reasonable. I would definitely hire him again for any remodeling or home construction project. I didn't know of him before he contacted me through Thumbtack, but we were very pleasantly surprised with whom we got after having to deal with contractors on previous jobs that gave us the run around or cut corners etc. can't highly recommend him enough.

I hired Building Concepts to help me design and construct my pet grooming business. Starting my own business as a single mom was scary enough but was at ease having Eric and his team doing all the "hard work" The price was reasonable and money well spent, they worked in a timely manner and finished the job when expected. There was never a mess, everything was always neat and organized, if I ever had any questions or concerns Eric (the owner) was always available to speak to, I was never waiting hours for a return call.
