I have an MA, Pre/Post natal certificate and personal experience as a mom, Yoga certificate, several Personal Training certificates, Certified Health Education Specialist, Pilates, & professional dancer/teacher of modern, ballet, and contemporary. I train WOMEN, couples, kids of all ages, and pregnant/postpartum women. I provide personal training (weight loss, strength training, dance classes, relaxation techniques, and body building), yoga, nutrition and fitness assessments which includes body fat %, health education, health and wellness counseling, and mental health guidance. ☯️ *I train in Rutherford, NJ and *NOW ONLINE.* I became a personal trainer because I wanted to share my passion for health and fitness with others. I’ve been a personal trainer for years now. To me, fitness is a way of living. I love to help others understand what it is to have a healthier lifestyle. Instead of following a temporary diet, I believe a person will have a huge transformation if they make a realistic change on how they view exercise and food which will therefore lead to a permanent, healthier lifestyle. I have several clients who can confirm their lives changed for the best without any unnecessary stress due to SMART goals. I have the education, experience, and tools needed to help people harmonize a happier mind/body/spiritual connection. 🙌🏼 My background as a professional ballet dancer, yoga and Pilates instructor, a personal trainer, and my MA in health education has provided me with the ability to understand health and fitness from many perspectives. Katie is a great trainer who makes training fun! She has a broad spectrum from knowing everything from HIIT to dance workouts. I enjoyed spending time with her and felt great after our sessions! I highly recommend her.

I am so thankful I found Katie to help me on my journey of becoming a healthier person. Having her sessions by video feels just like having her in the room with me because she’s watching how I perform each movement and giving me guidance along the way. She’s often even working out with me, which is so motivating because I feel like I’m working out with a friend. From the first moment we met, I knew I had made the right decision selecting Katie from many who responded. Katie listens to what I say but also watches my movements closely to correct positions as well as encourage me to push myself while paying close attention to any discomfit that I might have. When issues arise, she is quick with plan B and explains each move, each position and patiently works with me til I get it right. She is terrific.
