First plumber was unable to complete my job, so I turned to Thumbtack and found Dennis. Not only was his price reasonable, but he replied to questions in a timely manor.
Had serious clog requiring cutting the vent line and running a snake. He cleared the clog and explained the results to my satisfaction. He then produced a receipt and informed me of his 6-month satisfaction guarantee.
Throughout the process, he was courteous and a pleasure to work with.

Install 5 ball joint valves, one on the main. Denis gave me by far the best price (not even close) explained how to work with the water company and got right to work. If I had a question he answered it and when he was finished he took the time to look around my basement at my other plumbing and to my surprise told me everything looked good. He made a few minor recommendations for a few things I COULD not NEEDED to do down the road. In short, I found a new plumber and will recommend him to anyone who asks if I know a plumber.

Denis did an extensive toilet replacement including jack hammering our floor up and replacing a waste pipe. He replied immediately to my call and did the job very quickly. We were so satisfied that we recommended him to our neighbor who used him for a full bathroom renovation the same week.
