John was professional and communicated exactly what he was doing, why, and what follow up protocol I needed to adhere to while All Natural's rodent control measures were implemented. He listened to all my questions about safety for my pets and responded to them carefully and with reassuring facts and details. He put my mind at ease and, by the way, although he said it might take a few days for the measures to work, we had neither seen nor heard any more evidence of the rodents after only 24 hours and had at least one confirmed kill. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable he was about natural, non-toxic methods, pest behavior and structural logistics of how they had been getting in and moving around my home and recommendations for steps I could take to remediate structurally.
