John did an excellent job working with us to figure out entry points in the house, uncover that there was actually a family of baby raccoons that needed to be removed from the roof, and working with us to repair the damages that the mama raccoon had made after she was trying to get back into the house. He came back four different plus times and I could not recommend him enough to help you with your pest control needs. We were able to humanely reunite the mama with her babies and it was really quite something to witness. We are so grateful to John for his patience and thoughtful problem-solving.

John did an amazing job! He came next morning after I reached out to the company, was on time and very professional.
John is very knowledgeable, he fixed the problem and was able to identify the entrance point and gave me suggestions on how to prevent the problem from reoccurring.
John returned a few times to make sure we completely eliminated the problem. I highly recommend John!

John was professional and communicated exactly what he was doing, why, and what follow up protocol I needed to adhere to while All Natural's rodent control measures were implemented. He listened to all my questions about safety for my pets and responded to them carefully and with reassuring facts and details. He put my mind at ease and, by the way, although he said it might take a few days for the measures to work, we had neither seen nor heard any more evidence of the rodents after only 24 hours and had at least one confirmed kill. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable he was about natural, non-toxic methods, pest behavior and structural logistics of how they had been getting in and moving around my home and recommendations for steps I could take to remediate structurally. I should have called All Natural immediately instead of waiting a week and trying to solve it myself with traps from DIY Home Improvement stores. John for President! 2020
