Gentech Pro was very responsive and promptly sent a professional to address the problem I had with my generator. Their tech Hans was amazing, expert and thorough in his work. He not only replaced the faulty part but fully tested the generator as well as the power swap (which my usual contracted AMC provider never did in 4 years).

After having a difficult time trying to get someone to come out to rectify an electric starter issue with my portable generator, Brian and Hans came out and fixed the issue.

Hanz and Brian were absolutely amazing, and God sent! Our house was hit with a storm and we had no to little power and they were able to restore our power in 15 minutes. They both had great attitudes and were willing to educate us on what was wrong, etc. They are more concerned about their customers than about getting paid. They were absolutely fantastic!

These guys are the real deal ! They explained everything from beginning to finish . Clean work . On time and affordable . The generator came out looking brand new after they were done with it . Gentech are the only people i’d allow to touch that machine !
