Groudworks Field Inspector Mark Ulassin , a stand-up guy , has a great personality sense of humor, a great additude , was very respectful of my home , very professional , very thorough and knowledgeable. He visited in response to a request I made with thumbtack for a free quote to replace and install a brand new sump pump I already own. This was a very important detail which should not have been overlooked. There was a thorough exterior and interior inspection upon Mark’s arrival, drawings of his findings were drawn up , solutions were offered and really there was no stone was left unturned. At this , there’re aren’t any issues that need to be urgently addressed . If in the future we do decide to move forward, definitely would want to work with Mark.
