We called Big River Lawn and Landscape to trim some shrubbery and remove some dead bushes from our home in South River. I must say I was very impressed with a few things #1-Someone actually answered the phone when I called. #2-I was able to get an appointment for a quote the same day (actually someone showed up within an hour). 3-Roger (the owner of the company) came and did the work the very next day because I told him I needed it done as soon as possible. I was unable to be home because I had to work, so Roger sent me pictures on my phone to show me the work that was done and to make sure I was completely satisfied. And I was, You just don't get great service like this these days. Great prices, great service, and all around great experience.
