What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually send them a message of a ballpark price but it’s usually hard to know exactly how much the cost of the cleaning will be without doing the walkthrough.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I speak with them on the phone, then I meet them at there house, I send them an invoice of the project, estimate cost, set a date to clean and then I get paid.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve worked with many professional cleaners that showed me a lot. In 2015 I went off on my own.
