- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price is based on the number of bathrooms and approximate square footage of your home. If you’re unsure, we can get an estimate using your address.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically a phone call is all that is needed for an initial consultation. We’ll ask about the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and approximate square footage to provide a quote based on the service type and frequency requested. Upon booking customers will be able to log into their portal to view upcoming bookings. You’ll also receive an email 2 days prior and a text one day before your genies arrive. On the day of cleaning you will receive a text when they’re 20-30 minutes from your home and when they have arrived. Your credit card will have a hold for the booking total on the day of booking but will charge your credit card 24 hours after.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our genies will first spend 20 hours in classroom training learning the basics of proper housekeeping. Upon completion of Maid Training Academy’s level 1 and level 2 courses, our genies have officially earned their title as Certified Professional Cleaners. Next, they will work 1 on 1 shadowing their trainer in home learning hands on. Their trainer will then decide when they’re fully ready to be part of a team.
