- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe pricing should be simple and transparent. With Clean Genies, what you see is what you pay. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges. Our rates are based on the size of your home and the type of cleaning you need, whether it is a deep clean, move-out, or recurring service. We also offer discounts for recurring appointments, so many of our customers save money by booking weekly, biweekly, or monthly cleanings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After receiving your request through Thumbtack, we’ll send you a booking link so you can choose the date and time that works best for you. Once you’ve made your selection, we’ll confirm availability and secure your appointment. From there, you’ll have access to a customer portal to view and manage your appointments. We’ll also send reminders leading up to your service, and on the cleaning day you’ll get a message when your cleaner is on the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on training in professional cleaning techniques and industry best practices, including experience with both residential and short-term rentals. I continually stay updated on products, equipment, and safety standards to ensure high-quality results. Beyond individual training, Clean Genies has built clear systems and best practices to ensure consistency, reliability, and high-quality results across every home we serve.
