Hugo’s work is exceptional. The only downside is he charges tax. I have never been charged tax on my invoices to cut my lawn

Agreed on price for the plowing of my driveway . Then he showed up at 4pm instead of the morning . And told me his plow broke . Then wanted to charge me double the price we agreed upon to plow the following day . I declined . I could of gotten plenty of people to do the job all day . But I waited for him to do the job . And in the end I shoveld it myself .
