- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
cheap isn't a good reputation. I am high quality for an affordable price. If you have a budget in mind, let me know. I'll try my best to make it happen.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
i like to Introduce myself over call or text. schedule a estimate at your home or office. determine a budget and a product that fits it. I accept a deposit for materials and the rest when you're completely satisfied.
