Don't EVER EVER use this company,they were very unprofessional on the job site. The worker came and seen my yard called his boss and said he wasn't doing the job after I sent them photos of the job and he left. I spoke to the owner of the company he had a sorry excuse and hung the phone up while I was still talking to him. I would give this company a zero if I could once again don't ever use them.Oct 9, 2018Verified

Kevin and crew were absolutely professionals throughout process. They were on time, had a big crew, worked like a symphony taking down one big Oak tree! Came to look at yard work to be done. Was very professional and friendly. However, said they would email a quote to me within 48 hours. It’s been 5 days and nothing.....even emailed them since they left me their business card. No response!! Just left me hanging! I apologize as one of our estimators must've accidentally not submitted the pricing paperwork for me to send you the pricing. This is not how we conduct our business & we appreciate you letting us know so we can fix this & not have this problem in the future for you & all other clients. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing for the tree care business is done by evaluating the job that is needed to be done and then performing the needed calculations on the time, equipment, and man power to get the work done. There isn't any specific pricing methodology.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We would do a visit to the site to look at the clients needs. Then we would discuss what the best type of work would be for the trees. It could be trimming or removal. Once we decide on what to do we would then schedule the work and perform the work on the day scheduled. Once the job is completed the owner would personally review the completed work and answer any questions the client may have.
- What types of customers have you worked with?Most of our work is for clients who cant get the quick service we provide. If you need a stump removed the same day that your putting in a pation for example we can help!
