John Novo says, "From Casey who met me at a Bar in Brick, listened to me complain about 2 other HVAC companies, explained why Garden State is different and gave me his card, thanks. Yesterday I had the unfortunate experience of having my furnace stop working several days ago while I was away. I called and Isabelle was amazing, listened, and sent Jay out right away. Jay was very professional and could have fixed the issue but gave me options as my unit was 12 years old. I opted to get a new unit and was short on time. He was able to have Brendon come in a couple hours, we picked a unit and set it up to be delivered and installed the next morning with some juggling. The unit was reasonable and there were cheaper options offered. Cote and Sean were here within the window I was given, were courteous and professional and quickly got the job done. What an amazing company and everyone that assisted me. I highly recommend Garden State for anything related to HVAC. Thanks to you all. A very happy customer. Leon R. says, "The representative inspected the job to be done (replacing a mini-split a/c and heater) before giving an estimate. (Competitors sent an estimate before even showing up.) He understood that the old wiring and cables could be re-used and so the job was easier than thought by competitors. As a result, the estimate was lower than the competitors. The two-person team showed up on the date promised. They discovered the new unit I had purchased was a higher amperage than the one being replaced and would need to install an additional breaker for an additional $150. Even so, the total price was LESS than the competitors. They worked neatly and completed the job in about a half day. The new unit works great and I would certainly use their service again!"See more
