FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We’re known locally for our $9,999 hallway / small bathroom remodel (up to 60 sq ft). That package includes a complete renovation with quality materials and waterproofing — not surface cover-ups. For larger or master bathrooms, pricing depends on scope, layout changes, and finish selections. Our estimates are detailed and transparent. No hidden fees. If anything unexpected comes up (like plumbing behind walls), we discuss it before moving forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we schedule a free in-home estimate where I personally come out, measure the space, and talk through your goals, budget, and timeline. After that, I provide a clear, written estimate with scope of work and pricing — no surprises. Once approved, we schedule your project, order materials, protect your home properly, and begin the remodel. Most of our standard bathrooms take about 7–8 business days. Throughout the project, I stay in communication daily so you always know what’s happening. Clean, organized, professional — that’s how we run every job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to many years of hands-on remodeling and construction experience, I hold a college degree in Business Management. That background helps me run projects professionally, communicate clearly with clients, manage timelines efficiently, and maintain transparent pricing. From a technical standpoint, I specialize in bathroom systems, tile installation, plumbing coordination, and proper waterproofing methods. I also stay up to date with the latest products, materials, and industry standards by attending major national trade shows — including KBIS (Kitchen & Bath Industry Show) in Las Vegas, one of the largest trade shows in the country. I travel there to learn about new technology, design trends, and installation innovations so I can bring modern, reliable solutions to my clients here in Mercer County. We follow industry best practices for proper shower waterproofing, ventilation, electrical safety (GFCI), and plumbing code requirements to ensure every bathroom is built correctly, safely, and built to last.
