- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Let's start with a phone call to get an idea of your vision for the event menu. Then I will email you some ideas. We can then meet to discuss how you want things set up whether its in your home or at a special venue. Finally, we can do a tasting so you can decide on the final menu, if you want any changes, and we make the booking!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Completed Culinary Program from Mercer County College. Culinary instructor for 15 years. Personal Chef for 12 years. Chef / Owner of Jersey Girl Cafe for 6 years.
