- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is different and in order for us to give our customers a fair and accurate price we will provide our customers with a free estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the estimate and we agree on a price we can start the work on an agreeable date. If the customer needs us to purchase material we will require material costs up front.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
