I worked with Mikael about a year ago and again right before I got pregnant. My goal for Mikael was to help me with weight loss and energy. Under her training I was able to drop two dress sizes. I enjoyed her style and how she made my workouts tailored to fit my busy life style and my lack of coordination. She was able to work with me in a 30 minute or 1 hour session. I felt that I was priority to her! At the time I was working with Mikael she did not have a studio so we were limited to a public gym during the winter season. At times some machines were being used so we had to wait for our turn to use them. I would love for Mikael to post fitness tips or videos, meal plans so I can stay motivated.

Tell her your goals, and she will definitely get you there. She's not just a certified personal trainer, but a motivator as well! Mikael LOVES what she does & will have you loving it too! Excellent, excellent, EX CEL LENT!!!

I LOVE working out with Mikael! I get up at 6 AM every Saturday morning, to ensure I eat a good breakfast, then drive a half-hour to her Boot Camp class. It's SO worth it! She always keeps it fun and fresh, yet challenging. It also comes through that Mikael loves what she does, is very knowledgeable, and is very dedicated to her clients. She's awesome!

Mikael has the ability to take your fitness ability to levels you never thought possible. She is very encouraging and doesn't allow you to speak negative about yourself. She taught me that the body is stronger than we think it is; that limitations of the body are all in your mind. It is because of her teachings that I am able to lift weights that I never would have imagined I could lift. As a woman and a fitness instructor, Mikael is concerned about your overall health, not just weight loss.

Mikael is an excellent trainer and extremely motivated. You definitely will achieve your desired results--of course, you have to put in the work too. She is provides motivation for her clients and sees the great in them that they may not see in themselves. #besttrainerever!!
