FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I usually use a flat rate pricing system on most plumbing repairs and draincleaning. Most other jobs are time and material.... But I'm very resonable with my pricing and never try and take advantage of a customer. I'm not trying to get rich of off one job! I want to be called back for additional job's as well as earn my customers trust and respect. I understand that the economy isn't what it was 10yrs. ago and people are struggling, but they still need to keep up on their property and I try and work with them the best I can.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

We cover all of your homes needs involving Basement Waterproofing, Plumbing Repairs & Draincleaning. We also carry an All Star team of Home Improvement Specialist. The Only thing we don't do is Electrical but work along side with an Excellent Licensed Master Electrician. We will beat any legitimate companies estimate and honor all job's with the highste warranty on the market. We add an extra 2 year warranty on top of the manufature's warranty on all pumps as well as back up pumps. Call Today!

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you know everything about the work being performed. Make sure that that the person/company that is hired to do the job is actually doing the work, make sure you know if the job is being sub contracted. Not that theres any thing wrong with sub contractors but you want to make sure that they are covered with insurance and have proper experience doing work needed to be performed.
