We had reached out to WrightBrothers for constructing a mid-size patio with sitting and retaining walls. This company is basically handled by father and son. Initially, all the communication was with the Wright Jr who seemed pretty enthusiastic about the project. However, there was serious lack of communication after a few days. It was difficult to reach out to either of them. Messages/calls/emails were not responded to in a timely manner and sometimes not responded at all. Lack of professionalism and communication made us extremely nervous about their seriousness. We had to chase them for everything. Making a simple patio drawing took them over 2 weeks. I asked for a contract for several days but never got one. All the approvals from the township were received. Now we have to find a new contractor and re-apply for approval since they turned out to be liability.
Cannot comment on their work quality since we decided not to continue with them. They had shared some pictures, which looked OK. They primarily deal with Techo Bloc stones.
