My pricing is fair, transparent, and based on the scope of work. I always communicate clearly about any additional costs. I don’t charge hidden fees, and for larger projects or repeat customers, I’m happy to offer reasonable discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by discussing the customer's needs in detail — either by phone, text, or in person. Once I understand the project, I provide an estimate and timeline. I always keep communication clear and consistent throughout the job, and I don’t consider it finished until the customer is fully satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a higher technical education as a civil engineer. I have 8 years of hands-on experience working in various aspects of home improvement and maintenance. Over the years, I’ve also completed multiple safety and trade-specific training sessions, and I continuously stay updated on best practices in the field.
