- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact: The process begins when a potential customer contacts your company, whether by email, phone, social media or any other means. At this point, it's important to respond quickly and courteously, and provide all the information the customer needs. Identification of needs: After the client has contacted your company, it is important to identify its specific needs. To do so, a series of questions can be asked to better understand your goals, budget, timelines, and any other relevant information. Proposal and Quote: Once the client's needs have been identified, you can provide a detailed proposal for the services your business can offer to meet those needs, as well as a quote for the associated costs. Negotiation and adjustments: The client may have questions or concerns about the proposal or quote. At this point, it may be necessary to negotiate some aspects of the project or make adjustments to the proposal to better meet the client's needs. Approval and contract: If the client is satisfied with the proposal and quote, the contract can be approved and signed. This document must include all the details of the project, as well as the terms and conditions of the service. Project Execution: Once the contract has been signed, work on the project can begin. It is important to maintain constant communication with the client and ensure that all deadlines and requirements are being met. Delivery and follow-up: Once the project is complete, it can be delivered to the client and provide any type of subsequent support necessary. It is important to maintain a good relationship with the client and make sure they are happy with the end result.
