- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer simple, flat rate pricing based on the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home. There are no surprises! We also offer recurring discounts, which are as follows: Monthly-20% off Biweekly-25% off Weekly-30%off
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Very simple. We confirm your booking and send a reminder. Then we arrive at your house and follow a detailed checklist to pay attention to any extras you may have requested. After we're done we'll follow up and ask how we can do a better job next time, take notes and then follow them at your next cleaning! That way were always doing a better job for you each time. ;)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our cleaning professionals all have many years of cleaning experience under their belt, and have been vetted so only the very best get hired. You can expect your cleaner to have a deep understanding of each step of the cleaning process, and can guide you through it. They are fluent in English, background checked and courteous.
