I am restarting up my cleaning business after an almost two year hiatus due to Covid. I am excited to start taking clients again and providing the same highly rated professional cleaning service as always.

I have 12 years of experience in residential cleaning . I take pride in making sure the work I leave behind at each and every job is the very best, and since I am my only employee I have complete control that each part of every job is done exactly the way it should be. I offer professional quality cleaning services with a personal touch. I will accommodate extra requests such as laundry, interior of refrigerators and ovens, interior window cleaning, and picking up and organizing clutter. I have all my own supplies and will use them for no additional charge, or use the clients supplies if that is their preference. My main goal is to do every job to each individual clients liking, leaving every client 100% satisfied with my services to help build my new business by word of mouth.
I enjoy many things about cleaning. I love helping clients with regular maintenance cleanings making their lives easier. I love doing one time move in/move out cleanings, basement clean outs, spring cleaning, and cleaning on homes that were just let go too long due to whatever circumstances. I find it satisfying to work hard and leave behind visually fantastic results!

Absolutely Amazing! I have a certain level of clean that I truly appreciate, and she somehow managed to exceed it! I don't even know where to start with the amount of compliments I have. She was beyond courteous, and kept me informed throughout the day as to when she would be arriving. When she arrived, she was extremely professional, I felt comfortable right away, and she explained the details of the job and asked me if I had any questions or concerns (I confirmed the price of the job, and other than that I had none). She got straight to work, and I left her to it. She came and got me when she was done, so I could inspect her work, and this is where I will tell you how blown away I was by the level of clean she provided! Everything had been cleaned, everything! She moved every 'knick-knack' I own and dusted it, she wiped down the ceiling fan and all of the vents, she got into all the little nooks and got rid of all of my dust! She moved EVERYTHING and made sure no surface was left unclean. I have 2 large dogs, they shed a good amount, and I couldn't find any dog hair left behind. My house smelled fresh and I felt immediate relief, because I had found a cleaner who I felt had cleaned so well, that I could now look forward to having company (even my mother would approve, she has some serious OCD tendencies). If you have been searching for a cleaner, and are wavering on who to go with, I can tell you right now that you will not be disappointed! (Also, make sure all the reviews you're reading are 'verified reviews', I found that out the hard way).

Sam did an absolutely amazing job on our new house. We bought a new home and had done a lot of renovating, on top of the house just really needing a super clean because it hadn’t been lived in in a long time. Sam listened to my requests and did all the extras I asked her to do, plus some! She is extremely thorough and amazing at what she does! My house looked great and smelled great too! We will definitely be having Sam clean our house on a regular basis!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a discounted rate for weekly and biweekly cleanings. The more often I come to clean, the easier it is to maintain and less time to get the job done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would first go to the home and provide a free estimate. I would ask questions about what cleaning products they prefer on different surfaces. I ask how often they would like to have their home cleaned. Then I come up with a cost per cleaning and then either schedule the initial cleaning or give the potential client as much time as they need to decide.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have helped work cleaning jobs with a family member, then I branched out on my own and got some of my own customers, and I have also worked for a cleaning service. I have 10 years total of cleaning different types of buildings and even vehicles, being a member of a team, and been the sole and only employee that was responsible for making all decisions.
