- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always aim to offer fair and competitive pricing based on the size and condition of the space. I provide free estimates and try my best to work within your budget. I also offer discounts for recurring cleanings (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). There are no hidden fees—just honest, quality work at a price that makes sense for both of us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking a few simple questions about your space and what you’re looking for. If needed, I’ll schedule a walk-through or ask for pictures to give you an accurate quote. Once we agree on the scope and pricing, we’ll schedule a time that works best for you. I always show up on time, fully prepared, and ready to give my best effort. Communication is very important to me, and I like to keep things clear and simple from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from years of hands-on work in both residential and commercial cleaning. I’ve been trained in proper techniques for deep cleaning, sanitation, and using different types of products and tools safely and effectively. I take pride in learning as I go and always improving to give my clients the best service possible.
