The quality of Ron’s work was fine, but he wasn’t honest with me or my tenant. I never agreed on the price — I told him I wanted to compare quotes — yet he contacted my tenant and started the job without my approval.

Angela created a group chat so I could communicate with her and her tenant after agreeing to pay 250 dollars to get her popcorn ceiling fixed. The night before, I asked for confirmation and was given 9 a.m to get the small job done. l did it and both Angela and Sheila her tenant were happy. Even in the review she posted she proves 2 things: 1) my quality of work was good 2) she's the one found me on Thumbtack. How did l know her tenant? It's obvious she's being dishonest here. Further more, by saying l contacted her tenant is simply not true. She created a group chat and I still have all the messages of all 3 of us.
