- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We better like to check what kind of project it is, before giving any price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1st. Get in contact and introduce each other. 2nd. Get info about the project and their plans. 3rd. If they do not have plans or ideas, give them some suggestions with our experience. 4th. And give them an estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The training that I got working on home remodeling for more than 20 years
