Carlos and the team are amazing. I had a house fire and the house was severely damaged and these guys. Came in and in about 6 weeks everything was good as new again. Communication was good and the quality is top notch. I will definitely recommend this team for any home improvement.

We did the guest bathroom remodel and a addition of a porch. The workers were on time and they stayed late to finish the project on time. They also cleaned up after them almost everyday. But we did face some minor issues like inspector screw ups (not the contractor’s fault), tile layout issue, issue with the black grout (not being seamless), front porch steps not being exact same size, workers not wearing masks all the time. But they were able to fix most of the minor issues and were also able to accommodate minor change requests as well. Overall, I’m happy with Carlos and will use him again for my future projects.

We contracted with Rioza to build our deck. This deck took two years to get approved by the town and initially we worked with another contractor to get the architectural drawings. When we decided we were being charged too much by that contractor we found Rioza. They were able to adapt to our plans and allow for flexibility to change certain things that made no sense on the initial design. They were very accommodating and worked with us to makes sure we get a finished product we loved and it came out great. I would recommend them to anyone.
