- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work on monthly retainers and for new clients, we are willing to offer a 30-Day no-contract trial of our services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an onboarding and audit session that last 5 days. This typically lets us gauge all the ins and outs of the internal work that has already been done or is still being done. From there we come up with an updated plan of action to move forward with the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team all have their bachelors in either Marketing, Mass Media Communications or Graphic Design.
